02 · Philosophy

Private markets investing is, at its core, a people business. We invest in and with people we trust. It is the irreplaceable magic of in-person connection - the collision of ideas, hopes, fears and dreams - that lights the burning promethean fire in which humanity's future is forged.

Odin exists to help capital flow to the places that drive human progress. But transactional infrastructure, regulatory support, simplification of compliance, tax structuring, etc. - whilst important - are all secondary to helping the right relationships form - between LPs, GPs, founders and operators.

In an age of AI slop and content overload, cutting through the noise and connecting in the real world has never mattered more.

The right people meeting in the right place at the right time is the single most important factor in determining our future as a species. It determines what gets built and who invests.

Helping this to happen is what our spaces and our community is built for.
